Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.
  • International: Delivery varies by location but generally takes 10-21 business days, depending on customs and local carrier processing.

Expedited Shipping:

  • If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping at checkout (available for select locations).

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain restricted countries due to carrier limitations.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages:

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”
  • We are not responsible for shipments processed through third-party package forwarding services that get lost or stolen.
  • We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
  • Orders shipped to other countries are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.
